Back at the gym. Mid March I decided to do couch to 5k knowing that there will be at least one day in May I would need to run the entire length of Disneyland to collect or return something (which I did) 💪🏻

9 weeks ago I started Couch to 5k (again) 🙂, well tonight was the final run of the program and successfully ran 5km, I have also lost half a stone, it has been tough but I have kept going through rain, wind and sunshine (yes sunshine). Feeling great tonight, now beer time 😀

- 700 cals weekdays
- 900 cals weekends
- one 30 h fast every week
- couch to 5k plan
- 8hrs sleep
- 2L water
- sunday wakeup weigh-ins

What a morning did couch to 5k wk2 run 3 to the gym, did strength and core at the gym and a steady walk back although it was a bit colder than anticipated but I’m Feeling good .
