Hello DHL Express UK unsure why my item is now sitting in a shop on the high street for collection when it’s supposed to be delivered to my address? Can you please clarify, thank you. It’s an anniversary present for today & I can’t go to the collection location since I’m working.

DHL courier left a parcel on my doorstep. Didn’t even ring the bell.
Apparently I signed something releasing DHL Express UK and shipper any liability for loss or damage. I obviously just answered an email saying yes please to delivering it. What appalling service.

My parcel has been on qute a journey since leaving its destination in the UK to arriving at somewhere else in the UK.. website broken, no way to speak to anyone over the phone, just hoping at this stage DHL Group DHL Express UK @dhl
