30 May 1963 Dan Gurney, Jim Clark and Colin Chapman at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Dan's No91 Lotus 'Powered by Ford' entry was white with blue stripe; Jim's No92 Lotus 'Powered by Ford' was green with yellow stripe.
