Hi, I.M. Gerhi here. I left teaching for early retirement in 2021 to spend more time drawing fictional maps. I’m working on a series of short stories set in an alternative 1955 city called Kolton. Assassins, Ghosts and Ley lines tie the stories together.

Nix loves sweet and salty foods. His favorite snack is chocolate caramel popcorn 🍿 and his favorite meal is a waffle sandwich filled with honey and potato chips 🧇. Later in the story, he's tempted to lick the chocolate and caramel off Max's lips. 🍫👄

July was on pace to be my slowest month but the last week had an unexpected streak of sales. I’m 5 ebooks away from 200 which is really neat

Give Dorilian glazed sweet knots. They feed his high metabolism and remind him of childhood. Yes, they're basically yeast donuts, just knots and not rings--though he would not snub rings, he would eat them.

Monthly Wrap-up

July went by so fast! I'm now just over 260 pages in my sci-fi WIP (still no title, haha) and about 60% through my planned outline. It's coming along nicely so far. 😊

I also got preorders set up for Guardian, which will release November 28

Hey, came back from vacation in Croatia yesterday (also the reason I didn't post for a week)

I managed to write one page, isn't good but it's a start and with my mental health I'm glad I managed smth

25) The MC actually has a little fallout with her Li in Book 2. It’s a combo of miscommunication & jealousy. She saw him w another girl, it broke her heart, & another guy picks her up down the road. Her new bf & Li do not get along. This causes more probs.

20) A group of people team up to search for a missing person, although there's a lot of accusations. Some are afraid they're walking into a trap. Others are confident there's nothing to be afraid of. A few are obvious allies, others not so sure.
