Unreal to run a nearly 2 minute PB for 10 miles at the #GreatSouthRun today. Yes in Vaporflys, eradicating a 2019 time set in flats, but to be back at this level a month before my 37th birthday means a hell of a lot to me. (And sneak an elite standard for Great Run events 🤯)
