This 1955 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL 'Gullwing' Coupe is a charming time-capsule. Since 1979, this example has remained under single family ownership, and it currently registers 54,074 miles on the odometer.

The Gullwing is currently on auction now!

Jay's Restored 1955 Mercedes 300SL is one of the best driving cars in the shop, also one of the coolest. Fun fact Jay worked for Mercedes during his college years doing oil changes and prepping new cars.

This lovely Hermes Rocket and carry case were made in 1953, and the only difference between this and the equivalent Hermes Baby is the model name and carry case. I am not a fan of gullwing ribbon covers, and prefer removable rather than fragile, sharp-edged moving parts.
