The missing urn on Buxton’s Slopes has been put back! The urn is a Grade II listed ornament and was removed years ago due to safety.

The Council & Historic England has funded the replacement as part of the High Street Heritage Action Zone (HSHAZ) project.

Yesterday saw the official opening of Hall's new premises at 20 Church Street. The HSHAZ has been really pleased to have able to support the restoration of this building and I am sure you agree it is a vast improvement! Well done to Linda, the owner, on all her hard work
