On September 5th , 1548 (O.S.) Henry VIII's sixth and final wife Kateryn Parr, 36, died, out living Henry by a year. She was buried at St Mary Chapel at Sudeley Castle, in Gloucestershire, later interred in a new tomb after the Chapel was restored .
