Since the start of construction of this absurd apt complex at HWY6 & Memorial, Addicks Howell Rd has been closed for const materials/vehicles, forcing riders coming from THP to enter dangerous traffic to get to Memorial Dr.
Just another “well it won’t affect drivers” situation.
