An excellent heart rending novel written in vignettes about a nameless narrator grieving the loss of her twin brother who had committed suicide. This book excels in its simplicity in writing. #IBPREADINGCHALLENGE
Kairos by Jenny Erpenbeck is rich in metaphors and details lies, deceptions in a relationship which later becomes abusive. Whole story happens in the backdrop of fall of Berlin fall and communism in East Germany. An excellent read.

In Crooked Plow Itamar Vieira Junior has created two protagonists Bibiana and Belonisia who are indelible, haunting and tireless. Reading crooked plow is a delight.
