ICBs need to listen to GPs, ive worked in hubs, i know the pros and cons. The few chats i have with my PPG members they always ask us, why arent we speaking up more? We’re reflecting our patient anxieties, not causing them. Thats not against good med practice

CCGs were told we were too weak to tackle poor performance at hospital trusts. This is why ICBs were created and yet we are still in a position where secondary care spending is bonkers with little to show for in improved performance. The common denominator here is obvious!
