RCA predilaton - mid RCA dissection - 4.0x32mm stent - complete flow restoration.

Back to the LAD prox-mid segment w/ a 3.5x32mm + a 2.75x12mm stent to the distal edge.

tip: use a longer balloon (27-30 mm) to advance Guidliner over it. Tracks much better than shorter balloons (12-15 mm).

If a prox/mid LAD is being stented angiographically (which should never be done), a 2.5 can never be the right size, it’s gonna choke the artery forever! Two layers of 2.5 stents. Expanded to 4.0, short proximal stent 4.0. SCAI Now TCTMD SCAI Now CircImaging
