波風共存場における風車のテスト計算です。流入風の条件は、IEC61400-3で推奨されているウインドシアのべき乗則分布を与えています。
NREL 5-MW Reference Wind Turbineを使用して引き続き検証して参ります。

波荷重と風荷重が同時に作用する条件をCFD計算で再現するべく設定を検討しています。まずは、洋上風車の設計要件を定めるIEC61400-3で推奨されているべき乗則の風速プロファイルの再現を目指します。

あと台風発電の耐風速（極値風速）が70m/sというのは、設置高さが大型風力より低いとはいえ、ちょっと弱い気がします。また日本の場合、多くは国際基準のIEC61400　CLASS Ⅰでは不可のため、CLASS Sとして別枠設計になるかと思います。大型では沖縄あたりですと80m/s以上必要な気がします
