So today is the day #IWillFast4OneDay with East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce
I was up at 2.45am to eat, drink and take a few minutes reflection (ie gazing out of a window into the night) before being back up again as usual at 7am, avoiding the kitchen at all costs.
So tomorrow I am taking part in the @GroupSaffron #iwillfast4oneday in Ramadan.I'll be fasting for 18 hours on Wednesday May 13th from 3am-9pm! One of my amazing supporters asked if I would ....and I said absolutely yes. 💚
