#Imara2020 . To a large extent yes. Among the objects of devolution as provided for in Article 174 is participation of the people. The current hostility in revenue allocation is evidence that devolution ahs influenced state power. More remains to be done.
TVET is the way to go, considering the reductions in white collar jobs and the available opportunities that it presents to us as youth, we just need to do away with the negative perception and fight for quality training access to all and equity in enrollment #Imara2020
