Lots of happiness on #Texas Death Row tonight! #AnibalCanales called to tell me that #IvanCantu has gotten his execution date withdrawn! He told me that “cheers” went up on the unit! Another man saved from a scheduled execution date! We are thrilled for him and his family!

#IvanCantu is still expected to be executed this evening in TX.
