This attack was the beginning of the tsunami of lies that continues to target due process of the law to this day. Fortunately it failed then with #JusticeThomas and it will fail again with soon-to-be #JusticeKavanaugh
The very clearly right thing for #JusticeThomas to do is recuse himself. His failure to do that undercuts the tiny sliver of what’s left of the Supreme Court’s credibility, and maybe its legitimacy.
