April 26th 2016,Space-EEX Falcon Heavy lifted off from LC39A. successfully deployed a block of cheese to a lunar impact trajectory, however during flight the side boosters lost most of their engines due to overexpansion damage from center core, forcing second stage to work harder

Columbia sits at LC39A during loading tests for STS3. The third flight for STS and Columbia, it was a seven day orbital test of the orbiter. After several minor mishaps (including a malfunctioning toilet), it became the only shuttle to land at White Sands after EAFB flooded.
