Recognising the type of Long QT syndrome is essential for management. #ECG #LQTS ; LQT1: a broad T wave, LQT2 has a notched T wave with an asymmetrical appearance, LQT3 has a long isoelectric segment with a normal symmetrical T wave.

⭐️手動測定で 430～540msの症例では自動での誤判定リスクが高い💦
