前に結核やってた頃は、まだLTBIにINH 6mo（INH耐はRFP 4mo）しかないし、治療後も全例2年フォローだし、おいそれとVNTR回さなかったし、デラマニドが出るか出ないか（ベダキリンはまだP2とかだった気がする）くらいの時代だったんだけど、割とこの数年だけでも色々と進化しているよなー。
