Cheering crowds greeted former Liverpool player Stephen Darby at the end of a 178-mile trek to raise money for research into MND and support those living with it. Darby, forced to retire after his diagnosis in 2018, led #MarchOfTheDay to Anfield after passing 17 grounds en route.
178 miles, 57 hours, and over Β£130,000 raised for @darbyrimmermnd foundation on the March of the Day Challenge. The football community came together to do something extraordinary in support of Motor Neurones Diseaseβ½οΈπ₯β€οΈ
