Thank you to all our #MeadowMakers for making this #NationalMeadowsDay such a vibrant celebration of Magnificent Meadows in Wales, we’ve loved basking in the swathes of wildflower grassland and sharing in your meadow journeys so far 🌿🌼

Failed on the photo taking front today as I was too busy trying to keep up with a wonderful bunch of volunteers from Haybridge nature reserve and CumbriaWildlifeTrust, who planted over 1200 plugs into this wet meadow as part of the #MeadowMakers project. Many hands make light work!

Having the opportunity to work for Plantlife over the Summer was fantastic. It was such a fulfilling experience to co-ordinate the #MeadowMakers project in the South West.

This week the Southwest #MeadowMakers have been conducting baseline plant surveys of the fields that will be restored to wildflower meadows this summer!

We’ve also visited some stunning local donor meadows that will provide the seed for the rest of the sites! 😍 Plantlife
