Pain is raining down. It’s everywhere. So instead of trying to push up against it, I’m deciding to just let it be. To let it in & listen to it. There is a season for advocating & raging & protesting, but there is also a time for honoring the pain of others. #mondaymeditation
The truth is that no one can expect to live a life devoid of pain. Denying our pain and our grief only makes us harden. It only makes us bitter and sad. We can’t let go of something if we don’t name it and grieve for it. You can be a happy person with wounds! #mondaymeditation
