Being on the #WestHighlandWay is obviously the best way to celebrate it - but, if not, hope you have been able to get out for at least a short distance. #Walking is so beneficial for both physical & mental wellbeing.
Any exercise is a great way to get healthy and walking is a great way to get started. Exercise is especially important for people with #epilepsy because it can:
