Today is #WorldAutismDay . As many of you know, families and advocates of children with autism have been long calling for a fully funded #NeedsBasedTherapy program in Ontario. It is long overdue that every autistic person in this province has access to the care that they need.
I was proud to stand in support with my Ontario NDP colleagues for the @ONTAutismCoalition at their protest, 'The Lawn' at Queen's Park today. They are demanding services for over 50 000 children with Autism in Ontario who are in need.
