Edinvale Farm 🌱🐂 Nuffield Farming Feather and Bone Interesting to understand the difference between, the butchers with provenance and Supermarkets like Coles. Especially in respect of marbling. I guess it’s the same as back home, you can get marbling and provenance but at a price.
Red Tractor audit done ✅ Paperwork is my nemesis (thanks #ADHD ). Even though I know I’ve done my best, I always feel sick with nerves. I’m hoping my Nuffield Farming study will help me find ways to make record keeping easier and more efficient - a win for everyone.
