نتجنب Ketamine في هذي الحاله لعدة اسباب اهمها:-
١- يسبب زياده في الضغط داخل العين increases intraocular pressure (IOP
٢-يسبب حركه لا إراديه لعضلة العين(Nystagmus) زي ما تشوف في الفيديو لتوضيح

Keith Siau Wernicke-Korsakoff Syndrome (WKS) classically, but not always, presents with the clinical triad of confusion, ataxia, and nystagmus. It caused by a deficiency of vitamin B1(thiamine ).
