This is coming weeks after Exercise Obangame Express 2023 (OE23), the largest multinational maritime exercise Africa that was hosted by the Western Naval Command in Lagos. The exercise involved the U.S Navy 6 Fleet and 32 other participating nations.

The SPE conference at OE23 will shine a spotlight on how we as an industry can tackle the energy trilemma, ensuring a sustainable, secure energy supply.
