They joined police officers, members of the community, faith leaders and families who have lost loved ones to knife crime.

#Slough #PoliceCadets paraded yesterday for Remembrance Sunday.
Following the Act of Remembrance on the High Street they marched to St Mary's Church where they were inspected by the mayor. After a civic service at the church, they laid a wreath at the war memorial.

Warmer weather means Slough Police Cadets have been back to the Riverside Centre.

This year they're learning how to scull. As well as having fun, activities like this help develop team working and communication skills - even if it does mean getting wet sometimes!

#Slough #PoliceCadets have been learning about how to respond to an emergency, give CPR and care for a casualty whilst help is on the way.

#Slough Police #Cadets recently joined their South Bucks counterparts for an activity camp.

Over a long weekend the cadets got the chance to take part in a whole range of activities including archery, climbing, orienteering and camp craft.

Yesterday, officers from the #Slough Neighbourhood Problem Solving Team executed a search warrant at a property on Mildenhall Road.

Drugs and cash were seized and a male arrested. He was charged with several offences and remanded to appear at court this morning.

A 17 year old male was found in possession of a small knife and arrested. He has since been released on bail.

#Team5 officers searched #Dedworth overnight for a vulnerable woman, locating her with the aid of a police dog. Treating her with care and compassion, after an hour they finally persuaded her to let them dress her self-harm injuries and take her to A&E without using force. #P6221
