Petg is beautiful

This could make some seriously cool effects with patterns imbedded inside of clear PETG

I've not seen issues like this with printing PETG-CF for some time. PETG is 100% reliable.
First layer was perfect, but second layer of supports don't want to stick to 1st, instead curl up the nozzle and make a mess.
Tips? 240C/70C, 0.6mm hardened nozzle, 30% cooling 2nd layer...

I basically haven't printed PETG since I first got ASA working on this printer, but I had a use case for its inherent springiness, so I decided to try it out with my garolite sheet, and dang I'm impressed. I'll have to wait until it's done to see if it comes off though...

Kimmyz Sleepy 🥱💤 lol, i mean i can print it for you. PETG would be the most food safe plastic to use.

Bed adhesion has always been one of the classic PETG problems, so to have a roll I haven't touched in years stick perfectly on the first layer was a really nice surprise.

Lol, so I've learned something today. This machine will only print #recycled filament. I switched nozzle cleaned the throat really good, but pla, petg will not print for more than 30 mins. Will #3dprint pet perfectly

My window bird feeder lasted 3.5 years, including supporting multiple jay and magpie landings. Trying ASA now - should hopefully last far longer than PETG.
