Was so nice to join and present at the #PolMethEurope in Hamburg. Thanks to the organizers Vera E. Troeger and the team !
Today, 2:30-3:30 pm (CET), I will be presenting a poster with Martin B. Lukac at #PolMethEurope on how to use finite mixture models to discover treatment heterogeneity in Conjoint Experiments. Looking forward!
Super excited and thankful to receive the #PolMethEurope Emerging Scholar Award for Contributions to Political Methodology from polmeth-europe.github.io 🥳
As for many, recent times have been exhausting for me, so this is very meaningful and encouraging right when I need it😊

Excited to present work with Federica Genovese and Roi Litvak-Zur at #PolMethEurope tomorrow! We study visual politics of European green parties by focusing on the chromatic choices in their logos. Long story short: green parties' logos are not as green as you'd think. Come see our poster!
Tomorrow, 2:30-3:30 pm (CET), I'll present an updated version of my working paper on cross-lingual text classification at #PolMethEurope 's poster session (see polmeth-europe.github.io/#programme).
Really excited about how this will go!

Thrilled to be heading to Hamburg for #PolMethEurope
This is my first post-pandemic In-Person conference and it‘s hard to describe how happy I am to spend the WE discussing research ideas and getting to know colleagues! 🥳
Check out the incredible program 👇
Thanks so much to everyone at #PolMethEurope for your great discussion on our paper (David Ryan Miller) about abstention in conjoints (especially Shiyao Liu)! Wish I could have joined in person, but this was the best hybrid experience I’ve had, big thank you to the organizers🙏
How wrong are stereotypes?
If people of the same class, age, or ethnicity vote alike, their actions should be easy infer from observable traits.
Seo-young Silvia Kim & I study how much different types of data reveal about voters’ preferences. Hope to see you at #PolmethEurope soon!
Having a great time doing #polisciruns at #PolMethEurope ... also learning tons of stuff, great conference & useful presentations. Location def amazing... no offense Wash U guys... (ok maybe a tiny bit of offense)... 🏃♂️👨🔬🌭
I know hamburgers weren’t invented in Hamburg, but I’m still eating one before leaving. Measurement error never tasted so good. #polmetheurope
I love the gather.town platform at #PolMethEurope . Apart from secret locations and a bar, it also allows the geographically clueless to find people they are looking for - you just need to follow the red line - definitely something real-life conferences also need!
The methods section’s annual conference is in full swing with a great program and exciting methods’ papers produced by German political scientists. DVPW 🦣 @[email protected], Arndt Leininger, Sabrina J Mayer, #PolMethEurope
On my way back home from #PolMethEurope in Hamburg! A full weekend of fascinating talks, great discussions and pleasant social gatherings. And lots of input for my own research. Thanks everyone, see you soon!👋
