I hope you enjoyed this thread. If you want to see some of the objects and remains found in Cornaux, you should visit the Laténium, a museum dedicated to prehistory. There is even a small replica of a Celtic bridge (guaranteed tsunami-less).

Arrived at Contact in the Desert. In a series of presentations over the next few days (contactinthedesert.com/speaker/graham…) I will share my point of view -- physical 'aliens' not needed -- on the many anomalies of prehistory that remain unexplained. Great crowd of open-minded people here!

The damp breath of prehistory. A carpet of tree-dropped leaves that, one autumn 10,000 years ago, danced and drifted then sunk to the depths of a Mesolithic lake.

I love a world where 42 nice long blackthorn spikes & 85cm of fine limebast cordage is an essential part of my dissertation planning. If you happen to be at the Prehistory event at Bryn Celli Ddu June 17 you'll get to try out the finished object, til then it's a secret project!

I crossed the road on a green man & walked down Waterloo Rd. No fewer than THREE near misses in 30 secs involving cyclists ignoring red lights & using the pavement. Pedestrians should NOT have to put up with this or told it can be ignored because CARS are WORSE.

For another trip north. These are the fabulous Graevensvange figures Nationalmuseet. Part of a Late Bronze Age hoard🇩🇰, they depict religious symbols such as twins, horned helmets and acrobatics also found in rock art. We’re only scratching the surface!

WATCH | The Palestinosaurus Forefather-Rex: Bridging between Parody & Reality 😏

I simply could not resist the inevitably compelling urge forcing me into doing it. So just lay back, chillax, full-screen is ON, and pay CLOSE attention to the sceneries

Sorry in advance, enjoy! 🤭
