Curriculum update Y5 📣 They have made a Chihuly inspired sculpture.
Children created their own organic spirals with their own colour schemes, pattern. They combined all the pieces into one large, beautiful chandelier! #ProudtobeOADV 🤩
Another heritage walk for Y7 yesterday - it was the turn of BTH to hear about the changes around Attercliffe &Darnall.
Students were asking questions and learning about our community history in greater depth, they even got to see the largest safe in Attercliffe

30 Y9&10 students took time out from lessons to find out more about the diversity and role of the clinical professions for nursing and midwifery.
It was a great opportunity to listen to real professionals and learn from them ahead of pursuing careers in the sector #ProudToBeOADV
In Team nursery this week they have been reading ‘Oliver's Vegetables'. They have enjoyed painting with different vegetables. Tasting the different vegetables was great, the carrots went down a treat! 🥕 🥦 🌽 🥔 🧅 #ProudtobeOADV

On Friday, after a huge week of Y6 SATs - y10 leaders hosted an afternoon of football. Y7 also joined in before the now infamous staff Vs Y6 (there were hundreds of players!) match.
