Today I’m taking time away from rehab and joining 150 volunteers who are calling 5000 RAF veterans, widows and widowers around the world as part of the RAF Association national Outreach campaign.

I’ve just finished my #RAFAOutreach calls as a volunteer. I’d highly recommend taking part in this fantastic initiative. Everyone who I spoke with was really appreciative of the call to check in with them.
