#REDJanuary2020 done! I have run at least a mile a day for 31 days. Some days have definitely been easier than others but am definitely feeling a sense of achievement tonight.

Not a lot to be joyous about lately but completed a not entirely planned #redjanuary2020 yesterday. 31 runs - 125 miles. Average 4 miles a day with a few longer ones thrown in. Think it's much more positive to take something on rather than give something up for the new year!
Yay! #REDJanuary2020 completed: just over 87 miles at an avge of 2.8m a day. I can't say I've loved it all, but I'm proud of myself for sticking with it, and pleased to see I'm strong enough to run every day. It's improved my average pace too, so that's a bonus! RED January

I ain’t running outside in this weather... signed up to the gym at work and had my first treadmill run in about 9 months. Knee injury is still giving me some issues but it’s getting better by the day!
