We had a visit off our very own #Rehab Legend He was on #ICU Oldham Care Organisation from Oct’22 -April’23, then left for #Rehab This week after 10months of care, he has finally been discharged home. Special visit & fantastic reminder as to why we do our job #PatientExperience #GoingHome 👏🏼
