SB254 is even worse than you think it is.

Watching Matt Walsh and his attacks on Plume and praising of Florida’s near total adult ban, you can absolutely expect multiple states to severely restrict or ban trans care for adults in the 2024 legislative cycle. Do everything you need to do to prepare for that.

Incredible news out of Florida.

Florida's gender affirming care ban has been blocked in part. The decision is complex, but this should be enough to allow care to proceed soon.

This is the first (of many) wins against gender bans this year.

People need to understand how serious SB254 is.

The bill could allow for removal of custody of a child if a sibling or a parent receives or is 'at risk of' gender affirming care not just the child themselves.

I’ve got my back up plans. Luckily Texas legislature only meets every two years so adults in Texas are good until at least June 2025.

As if Florida wasn’t going far enough with the bathroom ban, they just passed SB254, which bans gender affirming care for trans youth, allow noncustodial parents to get custody to detransition them, and severely curtails adult care.

I hurt for trans people in Florida.

Plume being forced to close in Florida is absolutely devastating for the trans community.

This is going to cause people to loose their HRT. Forced medical detransition was always the goal of SB254 and Ron DeSantis.

Florida is not safe for trans people.
