SW121 Pipistrel has always been an LSA. LSA is for PPL or MPL in India but definitely not suitable for CPL due to issues flying into IMC conditions. C172 class aircraft is minimum for CPL training.

Issue here is how GATI got Pipistrel categorized otherwise in the first place.
