A business near Leeds has been hit with a fine for giving their waste to a non-registered waste carrier.
The rubbish was later found dumped on private land in Oakthorpe.
The business admitted failings in their duty of care and were handed a £300 fine.

The Enviro Crime team have been investigating flytips at a hot spot area at the recycling banks on Braunstone Avenue. £400 fines and the clean-up cost have been sent to those caught on the CCTV cameras. If the waste is not in the bin, it is FLYTIPPING. #SCRAPflytipping
