Navayuga Engineering Company, the makers of Silkyara tunnel in Uttarakhand where 41 workers were trapped for 17 days, paid Rs 55 crore through electoral bonds.

Noone was held accountable and the rat-hole miners who rescued the trapped workers were not rewarded adequately.
