Yet more success stories from neighbours of ewes being found ALIVE 11 DAYS after being stuck in snow drifts!
INCREDIBLE! #BeastFromTheEast #StormEmma
It's 2 years today that we woke up to the devastation that #StormEmma had left behind her. The day after the night before, when our crew risked life & limb to save the lifeboat we cherish. #Holyhead marina went from the top image to the bottom one. 😥 #RNLI #Anglesey #volunteers
made my day reading this in #HealthMatters HSE Ireland about National Ambulance Service 🇮🇪🚑 and @dfpo personnel going the extra mile during #stormemma #wexford #fairplay
Most of us are through #StormEmma now but our crews are still clearing the way in rural parts of the county. This was taken today on the Shankhill Road in the Ballinascorney area and gives an idea of the Trojan work being done up there!
🐑 During the first bout of bad weather from #StormEmma , we had 300% more calls. Some officers were snowed in and we were stretched very thin, but managed to deal with emergency call-outs, including this poor sheep! Thankfully she was unharmed and was released back to her flock
12 months on and Orla Walsh Dietitian is still unsuitably dressed for the freakish March snow showers. 🙄 #stormemma #stormfreya #snow #snow versary
After a challenging week, the 1m deep hole at the bottom of our ramp, caused by #StormEmma was filled in today as a short-term solution. We'll be assessing the situation after every high tide. Thank you for your support & patience. Lifeboats are back in our boathouse again.🛥🚜🚤
While we may be leaving the weather warnings of #stormemma behind, many upland roads are still impassable. We're very grateful for your cooperation so far, but we have to ask that you continue to stay away from upland road networks.

On this day 6 years ago #StormEmma - exceptionally rare, deep winter scenes for sea level inner London. Hard to see this in middle of January never mind in early March.
This day three years ago we were responding to calls during #StormEmma as heavy snow fell during a Status Red warning
