A couple of weeks ago in beautiful Swaledale. Not a drop of rain in sight which seems to be rare these days 🙂 #swaledale
Good morning 👋 it’s #KilnSunday again, this blurry effort from Swaledale, hope you can offer better?
Check out my retweets from last week 👍😀
‘Tan Hill - A Pub with Attitude - The Highest in England’, 528m above sea level in splendid isolation at the top of Swaledale, was just Peter Brook’s sort of place. Well used to extreme weather, at -1.2°C it was the joint coldest of NorthYorksWeather’s weather stations this morning.
Certainly a Happy Sunday today, our 3 children's old ewe who was Swaledale Champion at our local show in 2014 has lambed for the 9th year. 6 sets of 3, 2 sets of twins and now this just the 1, and a corker too which may be sold for breeding in 18 months🤞

My suggestion for #sheepoftheweek British Wool Farm is this #swaledale lamb photographed in the #ullswater valley. @BritishWool UlsterWool Campaign for Wool
Ne'er cast a clout till May be out 🥶 This was Whitaside Moor after a snowsquall yesterday, taken by Ranger Lizzie. The Moor is high up above #Swaledale and #Wensleydale .
Check the Mountain Weather Information Service before heading out for a walk 👇
