So far none is being charged by the #HongKong police from yesterday's mass arrest and won't be prosecuted for now. Yet #JoshuaWong , who is now serving sentence, and #TamTakChi , who is now remanded, were arrested by the NSL department.

A dozen of #plainclothed #officer with warrants #raided , vice chairperson of #PeoplePower , #TamTakChi ’s residence this morning . His assistant said that the case is involved with the #NSL and Tam’s public speeches from #March to #July .

1. Hours after #Carrielam ’s #freespeech assurance, #HK police charges #HK activist #TamTakChi on “uttering seditious words” just because he chanted slogans like “ #5DemandsNot1Less ”, “revolt” etc. Worse still, Tam's bail bid was banned.
