For #WorldMentalHealthDay , #teamCDL came together to discuss mental health and raise funds for the Mental Health Foundation foundation. Mental health first aiders attended to share tips for mental well-being. So successful was the event that we are running regular 'tea and talk' events.
This Sunday, #TeamCDL runners will be joining the Wood Street Mission team in the GMR, raising funds to support our chosen charity with their projects for low income children and families in Manchester & Salford. Please spare a few pennies if you can.
