Day 1. A trinket box made for me by my multi talented Pops when I was a teenager. It lives on my bedside table and is used and loved every day.
This antiquarian collection of early mobile phones was was casually amassed by members of the Boyle family in Bristol in the early 2000s. It represents an incomplete typological sequence from the robust to those more easily broken with miniscule keyboards. #TheJanuaryChallenge
Today's #TheJanuaryChallenge prompt was to think of a song that you love or that is meaningful to you & try singing or humming it alone or with a loved one. Bill & Kirsty, the manager, were crooning together....๐ถ
A rare Monday for me not starting my #strokesurgeries early in the morning and 'writing to the future' me.

Day 2 #TheJanuaryChallenge #64MillionArtists drawing with eyes closed. The purple squiggles are what I could hear - the cat, music, my son eating toast ๐คฃ. Coloured in afterwards with eyes open - I remember colouring in the loops when I was a child so I did the same ๐๏ธ
Day 8 #TheJanuaryChallenge 64 Million Artists

Day 31 of #TheJanuaryChallenge @SCMH_TJC
I would love to keep finding new things that make me happy ๐ (and also finish my PhD ๐ฉโ๐)
A gift from my beloved Grandma as I set out on my theatre career โฆ well before my time at Shakespeareโs Globe, where I worked when she passed away. #TheJanuaryChallenge #Alzheimers
#TheJanuaryChallenge 64 Million Artists Day 2 draw without fear. A scribble created while listening to classical music and an enjoyable afternoon colouring it in
#TheJanuaryChallenge 64 Million Artists Whatโs my โpick me upโ? This has me somewhat stumped. I thought about my walking boots ๐ฅพ๐ฅพ, I thought about my dog ๐โ๐ฆบ, I thought about my garden ๐ชด๐ชด๐ฉโ๐พ, but in the end I settled on the satisfaction from a job well done. #parkingabigcar
Day 5: Hello 64 Million Artists
He was doomed to live life within!
The yeast put his head in a spin!
Then along came a knife,
To begin his new life,
As a rollface, just cute as a pin ๐๐ฅ

Day 1 #TheJanuaryChallenge 64 Million Artists A small shiny brooch sent to me in 1970 in a Christmas package from my American penfriend. It was different from anything I'd seen before and represented a bigger world that I was yet to discover
