Some thoughts I had during and after seeing The Band #TheLastWaltz on the big screen
1. I've watched it dozens of times but seeing on the big screen was like seeing it for the first time
2. The double intro at the beginning was very annoying.

Beginning with a title card saying, 'This film should be played loud!', #OTD 1978, one of THE greatest rock documentaries in history was released, #MartinScorsese 's #TheLastWaltz , about #TheBand 's farewell concert appearance, filmed at the Winterland Ballroom in San Francisco.

“It started as a concert — It became a celebration”.
