Today's #ThrowbackThursdayCapoftheDay takes us all the way back to 2021 and to Équipe Québec, who played as a temporary road team in the Frontier League made up of players from the Trois Rivières Aigles and Québec Capitales while the U.S.-Canadian border was closed due to Covid.

Today's #ThrowbackThursdayCapoftheDay is the 1955 Richmond Virginians of the International League. It was their last season as an independent, as they affiliated with the Yankees starting in 1956. Following the 1964 season, they moved to Toledo, becoming the modern Toledo Mud Hens.
