1⃣ Look to see if a resource exists for how to do something, otherwise ask if it exists
2⃣ Organize the resources in a way that you will use them as YOU need them
3⃣ Keep them in a place that you can easily access them throughout the day
New interns here start in a week! Advice from a 6th year: (1) Repeat after me: “I don’t know, but I’ll find out.” Be sure to report back! (2) If you are stressed out by your laundry, buy more underwear. #tipsfornewinterns
