Sometimes even with multiple monitors, vertical window groups make viewing code easy and for single monitors better than tabbing.

Would be nice if Visual Studio had a feature which permitted viewing/opening personal GitHub Gist.

Currently use a VS Code extension.

Something I noticed when using AI generated comments for a GitHub repository in VS2022 is that when the comments are large its not easy to see them afterwards. Would be nice if VS2022 could view comments like VS Code.

VS2022 (and/or Resharper) do not have formatting option for the spread operator, do you think there should be?

Currently 3⃣ is current format.

Oh delights.

Microsoft Visual Studio 2022, v17.9.6, Windows 11. Latest dotnet 8 SDK is installed, working fine. The IDE is complaining that 'Class cannot have primary constructor' - despite the fact that both VS2022 and the dotnet CLI can build and run the code just fine with no errors...

Setting conditional breakpoints/tracepoints is a breeze with 'Copilot Generated Breakpoint expressions.'

Let Copilot lend a hand with tailored breakpoint expression suggestions, saving you time and frustration.

Taught a class today which started out with a web project which I then showed the power of VS2022 and Resharper by transplanting all EF Core and validation to 2 projects in less than ten minutes.

Lesson, easy to fix things with the right tools.

Like or dislike 'v' for collapse/expand instead of the previous '+' with a box in VS2022?

Express your thoughts.
