Brazil has a quota for disabled workers. In large firms, disabled workers need to be from 2% to 5% of employment.
Tomorrow at the #WEFIDEV Università Bocconi , I show data and some anecdotes that firms adjust to this requirement by hiring disabled workers and decreasing their size.
